- International orders can take up to 1 month to arrive, while some products may arrive in less than a week.
- Check your email for tracking information after your order has been shipped.
- Australian on-hand products are shipped the same day when possible, meaning delivery is often under a week.
- Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been shipped.

Reselling Guide
Getting Started
- Create an eBay account to start listing products.
- Search for a product you want to resell.
- Find a listing you like and open the product listing.
- Scroll down underneath the product images and select “Sell one like this.”
Creating Your Listing
- Add all the required information, including price, condition, photos, and shipping details.
- Check what other resellers are charging and set your price similarly to competing listings.
- Set delivery to shipping only and disable local pickup.
- Promote your listing at 5% to help increase visibility.
- Review everything and list the product.
Getting Paid
- Add your payout card/bank details in your eBay account settings.
- Do not list more than one product at first, as eBay may require additional identity verification when multiple listings are created.
- Once you make a sale, wait until you have the customer's shipping details.
Fulfilling an Order
- Take the customer's shipping details and enter them when purchasing the product from Plugged.
- Purchase the exact product that was sold and have it shipped directly to the customer's address.
- Once the order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number within around 2–4 days.
- Add the tracking number to the corresponding eBay order.
- Wait for the product to be delivered and for your eBay payout to be processed.
eBay Verification
- eBay may require identity verification before releasing payouts.
- If requested, complete the verification process through eBay using the required identification.
